This program is used at a company where many people need access to the PO data. Since Solomon charges for each individual user license, it makes sense to have direct access to the data files. This program makes read-only access possible for many users and presents  a simple interface and quick response time. The "Buy Card" function shows a history for buys for any inventory part. The "Allocate New PO" option is made available to certain individuals who must be able to create a PO number, but who do not need to fill in any data at the time.
